Düsseldorf-based choir Nefesch-Vokalensemble, conducted by Constanze Pitz, will give the world premiere of the commissioned work “At a Window” for mixed choir a cappella. The piece is a setting of the poem by Carl Sandburg, and this performance will mark John’s first time having a work performed in Germany.
